Fincera Accounting

Every close is reviewed before it reaches you.

Your bookkeeper does the day-to-day. A CPA with Big-4 audit experience checks it first — the same discipline used on audits, applied to your month end.

A dedicated bookkeeper who learns your vendors, your payroll rhythm and the questions you ask every month. You email a person, not a shared inbox.

The path to clean books.

Five steps, most of them ours. Live within a few business days, and if cleanup is needed it is scoped and priced up front rather than discovered halfway through.

Step 1 of 5

Discovery

A short call. We map your software, transaction volume and industry, and what “caught up” should mean for you.

Questions your reports should answer without a phone call.

Most owners can read a P&L. What they cannot do is get one early enough to act on. Fincera fixes the timing first. Then the reporting is worth reading.

Revenue is up. Why is the bank balance flat?
A cash view that separates timing from performance, so you can see whether it is a receivables problem or a margin problem.
Can we take on this hire in Q3?
Runway against committed payroll, not a gut check the week before the offer goes out.
Is payroll actually current in every state we run it in?
A compliance calendar your bookkeeper owns, with payroll filings tracked rather than remembered.
Would a lender trust this in a data room?
Reconciled, accrual-ready statements, reviewed before they leave us and in the format diligence expects.

Answer a few questions.Get a straight answer.

Three tools, no sign-up and no email address. None of them pretends to have seen your books, and none of them quotes you a price.

Question 1 of 6

When were your bank and card accounts last reconciled?

Reconciled means matched line by line, not just downloaded.

What clients say about working with us.

Every quote is a client’s own words from our Google Business Profile. Where one names our previous brand, Stellar Accounting, we show [Fincera] in its place — same team, same service.

  • Owner statements and draws
  • Trust accounts reconciled
Rafay AshrafVerified Google review

We hired them for a short term project for bookkeeping catch up work. They were so professional that now they handle our full accounting function at very reasonable rates.

  1. Transaction volume

    Lines / month

How many bank, card, and payment-processor lines land each month. This is the single biggest driver.

  2. Accounts and entities

    Accounts · entities

One company with two accounts is not the same job as four entities with intercompany activity.

  3. AP and AR load

    Bills · invoices

Whether we are also running bill intake, approvals, payment runs, and collections follow-up.

  4. Payroll headcount

    Heads · states

Number of employees and contractors, and how many states you run payroll in.

  5. Starting condition

    Current / catch-up

Books that are current cost less to take over than books needing a catch-up. Cleanup is quoted separately and up front.

Frequently asked questions

  • How do I know your remote bookkeepers are qualified?

Every bookkeeper is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with multi-year U.S. accounting experience, supervised by a CPA with Big-4 (Ernst & Young LLP) background. We run background checks and ongoing training—not a free-for-all contractor pool.

  • Is my financial data safe with you?

Yes. We use 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to the people working your engagement.

  • What if I need help outside business hours?

Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm ET. For urgent items, your dedicated bookkeeper can arrange coverage outside that window when the work requires it.

  • How does your pricing work? Are there hidden fees?

There is no package price, because every set of books is different. A flat monthly rate is scoped to your transaction volume, entities, AP/AR load, payroll headcount, and the starting condition of your books. The free consultation produces that number and a clear scope, with cleanup quoted separately and up front.

  • Can you handle my industry-specific accounting needs?

Yes. We specialise in property management, nonprofits, law firms, small and medium businesses, and PE/VC-backed companies, with charts of accounts and close workflows matched to how each one actually earns and spends.

  • What if my current books are a mess?

Cleanup is a normal first chapter. We organize history, migrate what matters, and lock in a close process so you are not stuck in permanent catch-up.

  • How quickly can you get started?

Most clients begin within one to two business days after access is granted, with a plan that minimizes disruption to your operations.

  • What if I'm not tech-savvy?

You do not need to become a QuickBooks power user. Your bookkeeper guides setup and can deliver monthly reports by email if you prefer not to live in the software.

Bring us the books you have. Not the ones you meant to keep.

Behind on reconciliations, mid-migration, or three years deep in a spreadsheet — the first call is the same either way. Show us what you have and you leave knowing what it would take to get current.
