Nonprofit bookkeeping and fund accounting that holds.

Restricted money kept visibly restricted, grants tracked against what they fund, and a board and Form 990 pack that comes from books a CPA has checked — not reconstructed at year end.

  • Board reporting

Statements a board can read: by fund, by program, against budget.

  • A Form 990 pack

Nonprofit bookkeeping questions, answered

Do you do fund accounting?

Yes. Income and spending are tracked by fund, restricted money is kept visibly restricted until it is released, and reporting shows each fund's position.

Do you help with the Form 990?

We prepare a Form 990 pack: a reconciled, closed year organised for the filing, so whoever prepares the 990 starts from clean numbers.

Can you track grants separately?

Yes. Grant income and spending are tracked against the grant that funds them, and payroll can be allocated to the programs and grants it serves.

Do you produce reports for our board?

Yes. Board reporting by fund and program, against budget, is part of the monthly close.

How much does nonprofit bookkeeping cost?

There is no package price. A flat monthly rate is scoped to your transaction volume, the number of entities and accounts, and the starting condition of your books. The free health check produces that number, with any cleanup quoted separately and up front.

Our books are behind. Can you catch them up?

Yes. Catch-up and cleanup are a normal first chapter, quoted separately and up front; then a monthly close keeps them current.

Ready to hand over your nonprofit's books?

A short call about your funding, your grants and your board's reporting, and a flat monthly number for keeping it all current. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
