“I hired [Fincera] to help me close the books on one of the five companies that I manage. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and once they completed that scope of work, I've now given them two more companies to assist me with.”

Running something else?
If your business closes its books every month, we can keep them. Tell us what you run.

PE and VC-backed bookkeeping questions, answered
Do you keep books on an accrual basis?
Yes. Accrual books — revenue and expenses in the period they belong to, with accruals and prepaids at month end — are the standard for investor reporting and diligence.
Can you handle more than one entity?
Yes. Each entity is closed on its own, intercompany activity is kept straight, and reporting can roll the entities up.
Will our books hold up to due diligence?
That is what they are kept for: reconciled accounts, clean support for balances, and a close reviewed by a CPA every month, so a data room is a matter of days.
Do you prepare board and investor reports?
Yes. A monthly package for your board and investors is part of the service, and our fractional CFO service adds runway models and scenario planning.
How much does it cost?
There is no package price. A flat monthly rate is scoped to your transaction volume, the number of entities and accounts, and the starting condition of your books. The free health check produces that number, with any cleanup quoted separately and up front.
How quickly can you start?
Most clients begin within one to two business days after access is granted, with a plan that keeps disruption to the business to a minimum.
Ready for books your investors can rely on?
A short call about your entities, your reporting and your backers' expectations, and a flat monthly number for keeping the books ready. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
