“[Fincera] has been a great organization to work with. Key is their responsiveness and follow through and accuracy, which is important as I am a small business. They give a lot for a very fair price.”
Small business bookkeeping in the software you run

Monthly financial statements
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow after every close.
Sales platforms reconciled
Shopify and Stripe payouts matched to the sales, fees and refunds behind them.

Months or years behind is a normal starting point. Cleanup is quoted separately, up front.

What small business owners say about working with Fincera
Every quote is a client’s own words from our Google Business Profile. Anything in square brackets is ours, not theirs.
“I was so stressed trying to handle my books while running my small business. Then I found [the founder] and his team. They're amazing! Everything is done online, so I don't have to worry about meeting in person. [the founder] explained everything so clearly, and now my books are always up-to-date. I finally have time to focus on my business instead of stressing over numbers. Great team.”
Muhammad UmarVerified Google review
“Running an eCommerce store means handling hundreds of transactions every day, which can make bookkeeping a nightmare. Ever since [the founder]'s team took over, it's been a game-changer. They truly understand the ins and outs of eCommerce, and their detailed yet easy-to-read reports give me complete clarity over my finances. For the first time, I feel fully in control of my numbers—and that peace of mind is priceless.”
Rana mujtabaVerified Google review
“As an independent contractor, I needed a bookkeeper who understood my unique needs. The [Fincera] team has been incredible—they're fast, accurate, and always available to answer my questions.”

Small business bookkeeping questions, answered
What does small business bookkeeping include?
Transaction categorisation, bank and card reconciliations, a monthly close on a fixed date, and a profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow every month — with a CPA review before the close is signed off.
Which software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online, Xero and Wave, along with the sales platforms and payment apps feeding them, such as Shopify and Stripe. We work in the software you already run.
My books are months behind. Can you catch them up?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup are a normal first chapter: we organise the history, reconcile what matters, then keep it current with a monthly close. Cleanup is quoted separately, up front.
Do you handle sales tax?
Sales tax filing is not a Fincera service. We keep the books your sales tax filings draw on accurate and reconciled, and can work alongside whoever files them.
How much does small business bookkeeping cost?
There is no package price. A flat monthly rate is scoped to your transaction volume, the number of entities and accounts, and the starting condition of your books. The free health check produces that number, with any cleanup quoted separately and up front.
What if I'm not comfortable with accounting software?
You do not need to be. Your bookkeeper handles the software and can send monthly reports by email if you prefer not to log in.
Ready to stop doing your own books?
A short call about where your books are, and a flat monthly number for keeping them current. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
