Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Fincera Accounting Services uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and the choices you have.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and scripts.
Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the website to function and be secure. These cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember choices you make and enable features such as scheduling a call.
- Performance and analytics — help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
- Advertising — measure whether a visit that started from one of our ads went on to contact us, so we can tell which ads are worth running.
- Third-party — set by services we use or embed, such as scheduling tools and payment or analytics providers.
Third-party services
Some pages include features provided by third parties, such as our online scheduling tool. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, and Google Ads to measure whether visits from our ads lead to an enquiry. Both are provided by Google and set cookies under Google's own policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control how Google uses ad data at adssettings.google.com.
If you arrive from one of our Google or Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads, we keep the ad's click identifier and campaign details in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days, so an enquiry you send later can be matched to the ad it came from. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works, including booking a call. You can learn more about managing cookies in your browser's help section.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
