Law firm bookkeeping with trust accounts reconciled three ways.
Client trust money reconciled every month — bank, trust ledger and client ledgers agreeing — receivables followed up oldest first, and partner draws tracked cleanly, in books a CPA has checked.

What clients say about working with Fincera
Every quote is a client’s own words from our Google Business Profile. Anything in square brackets is ours, not theirs.
“We hired them for a short term project for bookkeeping catch up work. They were so professional that now they handle our full accounting function at very reasonable rates.”
Rafay AshrafVerified Google review
“I hired [Fincera] to help me close the books on one of the five companies that I manage. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and once they completed that scope of work, I've now given them two more companies to assist me with.”
Robert KurlandVerified Google review
“[Fincera] has been a great organization to work with. Key is their responsiveness and follow through and accuracy, which is important as I am a small business. They give a lot for a very fair price.”

Law firm bookkeeping questions, answered
What is a three-way trust reconciliation?
Checking that three records agree: the trust bank statement, the firm's trust ledger, and the total of the individual client ledgers. We do it every month, so a discrepancy is found while it is small.
Do you keep trust and operating money separate?
Yes. Trust and operating funds are kept apart, and every movement in trust is recorded against the client it belongs to.
Can you help with collections?
Yes. Client receivables are followed up on a set schedule, oldest first, and you see an AR aging that shows which accounts need a call from a partner.
How do you handle partner draws?
Draws and distributions are recorded as they happen, so each partner's position is clear at any point, not reconstructed at year end.
How much does law firm bookkeeping cost?
There is no package price. A flat monthly rate is scoped to your transaction volume, the number of entities and accounts, and the starting condition of your books. The free health check produces that number, with any cleanup quoted separately and up front.
Is our client data safe with you?
Yes. We use 256-bit encryption and multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to the people working on your account.
Ready to hand over your firm's books?
A short call about your trust accounts, your billing and your software, and a flat monthly number for keeping it all reconciled. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
